I just got “InJustice: Gods Among Us” for the PS3. And every character was already playable in game from the get go. I was livid. I was hoping that some characters would be locked like back in the good days of MK 1. 2. and Trilogy. But i continued to play on, played the story and saw a lot of in-game side characters that i was thinking please god let these be unlockable, such as Killer Croc in one of the STAR missions for bat man is seen on the field and you must dodge him as if a normal character. THough the game isnt void of unlockables, you still have to level up to get some of the skins. But you get almost all skins within the first hours of playing. The only character i was able to get, Lobo, was due to a free DLC, if they were gonna make it a free DLC why not just put him in game and set a challenge to unlock him. The only real unlockables are online profile tags, i cons, and character portraits that are used to say “Hey look, i was able to get 25 online wins” and so on. There is nothing new for the game that makes me want to play it anymore other than seeing every character’s end game story for Classic Battle Mode. After i get that. The game is gonna be just another dust magnet in my closet.
